Instructions for Use:

Add 25g powder (1 serving - approx. 1 scoop) to 150 ml of cold water or semi-skimmed milk and shake well.

Take up to 2-3 times per day:

- 1 serving pre-workout

- 1 serving of Wellman Whey (or Wellman Restore) post-workout

- 1 serving before bedtime (optional) Food supplement with sweetener: Chocolate flavoured whey protein concentrate, ready to mix powder shake.
