Instructions for Use:
1. Initial dose for adults and children from 12 years, suck or chew 2 tablets, corresponding to 2g of pure royal jelly daily.
2. Maintenance Dose for adults and children over 12 years, suck or chew one tablet, corresponding to 1g of pure royal jelly daily.
3. Children 6 to 12 years, suck or chew 1/2 tablet, equivalent to 500 mg of royal jelly (given the size of the tablet, this product is not recommended for children under 6).
Special Precautions:
1. It is advisable not to exceed the recommended daily amount
2. Keep out of reach of young children
3. Not recommended for people allergic to bee products or that suffer from asthma
